Bath time fun!

Hannah joy has finally graduated out of the baby bath tub and into the kitchen sink.  Our kitchen floor has never been so clean since I now get to mop up all the water on the floor after her bath each time.

Splashing is fun!

Cuddled up between her 2 favorite guys after bath.

Eli's end of the year school program

Eli's Mother's Day Out school does an end of the year program.  This is the 1st time Eli has preformed in front of people.  I think he did an awesome job!

He waked into the sanctuary very nicely, like they have learned to do all year.

The start of the program were all of the classes together and they sang 2 songs as a group.  One in English and one in spanish.

Eli did a great job and did all the motions that went with the songs.

When it was Eli's classes turn to do their song, they did I'm in the Lord's Army.

Getting ready to go off stage after they were done singing!

I am so proud of my little guy!  He did an amazing job with his singing and was not nervous at all with preforming in front of a crowd!

Pizza Party

We had our play group over to make pizzas.

Eli, I think, enjoyed eating the toppings more than actually making the pizza

The mommies also got in on the pizza action.

Pizza's cooking away while the kids played

Our creations are ready to eat!

Chow down time!

Hannah Joy wanted everyone to know that she was there too she just was napping for most of the action.

Healthy teether?

Hannah Joy has found a great new teether, bell pepper strips.  The only issue is that when she bits off a chunk she doesn't like it when I remove it from her mouth!

Mother's Day

Mother's day was awesome.  I really enjoyed my 1st mother's day as a mommy of 2!  Thomas and the kids let me sleep in till the late hour of 7 (in this house that is sleeping in!)!  At breakfast the kids gave me their gifts, a dark chocolate bar and a mani/pedi gift certificate to my favorite spa.  Then it was off to church.  After Church we had brunch (which is my favorite meal!) at Tommy Bahama's.

Hannah Joy gave me the awesome gift of sleeping through brunch.  So I got to snuggle my baby all during brunch.  It's amazing how mommies can eat pretty  much anything one handed!

E enjoyed his spaghetti

Hannah Joy woke up just after we all finished eating, just in time for my favorite thing at Tommy Bahama's, pudding!

Hannah Joy really enjoyed my dessert too!

We all shared the pudding but I think Eli ate most of it!

After brunch we played around market street for a little while, enjoying the beautiful day.  Then home for naps and relaxing.

After naps, Eli told us that he wanted to go watch a golf game.  We thought that maybe he should watch it on tv 1st.  So we turned on golf and wouldn't you know E actually watched it and was getting into it!  Hannah Joy also seemed to enjoy watching too.

I loved my mother's day, I really enjoy having a low keyed day and just spending it with my 3 favorite people!

Date Knight

We have a bad addiction in this family and it's called Chick-fil-A!  That being said, we love our Chick-fil-a, they are always doing such cool things, from toddler time, to family nights, milk and cookies with the cow and the newest one Date Knight!  Chick-fil-a has had a father daughter date night but this was the 1st ever mother-son date Knight.  It was so much fun.  They really went all out for us!

We were announced as prince Eli and Queen Kristen before we were seated at our table.  They had the whole date area decorated as though we were in knight times.  Everyone was in costume and we even had waitresses!

They brought us out appetizers of chicken mini biscuits.  Then we got to chose our dinner.  After dinner they brought us out a dessert plate of cookies, brownies and ice cream sunday.

They had a balloon artist there that made these crazy balloon creations!

And of course even the cow was dressed up for the occasion!

They also took our pictures and had them printed up while we ate and gave them to us at the end of our evening.

The biggest surprise was all of this was free of charge!  Eli and I had an amazing time on our 1st mommy/son date night.  Thank you so  much to Chic-fil-A Sawdust for such a fun time and helping me make wonderful memories with my boy!
