One of the things I love about living in The Woodlands is that there is always something going on and most of the the time it’s free! Tonight we went to Iwon which is a festival that goes with the lighting of the doves. We have gone every year of Eli’s life.
Eli had to go up and say hi to the snowman, he gave him 5 and then ran away
Then Eli had to check out all the acts that were on stage. He didn’t care much for the choirs and signers but loved the dancers.
Next E had to take a few spins in the “snow”. Thomas and I totally forgot to bring any cash with us. The event is free but all the children’s activities cost. They had a snow area that E really wanted to go into but mommy and daddy didn’t bring any money!
After we walked the length of the festival Eli found a hill and decided to dance and then decided running down it would be more fun.
Eli spotted a friend. I guess Mason forgave him for ditchin’ him Thursday night for a girl!
The boys had a blast chasing each other and rolling down the hill.
On our way back to the car E had to check out another act up close and personal.
He was even trying to dance with them while attempting to hold on the the fence.
We had a great time and as we were leaving we kept running into more friends coming in. But we had to go because mommy and daddy didn’t bring any cash so we couldn’t get dinner and E was one dirty boy in need of a bath. Next time we will be better prepared!
Too cute!! So fun hanging out with you guys! Need to do it more often!
